The complete range of garden lifestyle products returns at spoga Cologne 2007

As in previous years, Cologne will once again be the meeting place for the entire garden and leisure sector in 2007. Held in Cologne, spoga - International Trade Fair for Sport, Camping and Garden Lifestyle - is unmatched by any other trade fair of its kind with regard to its diversity and outstanding quality. Numerous exhibitors from the segment of Indoor/Outdoor Ambience will be joining exhibitors of products for Outdoor Living, Outdoor Activities and Equestrian Sports in order to take advantage of an annual trade fair presentation. They will be exhibiting their products in the following sections: Floristry Supplies & Decorations, Plants & Plant Care Products, Water & Outdoor Lighting, Equipment & Garden Structures, Design & Maintenance and Pet Care Supplies & Accessories. "That's why we'll be offering an ideal forum for this booming sector once again in 2007." spoga, which is organised by Koelnmesse and this year takes place from 2nd to 4th September, is the world's leading business platform for four product groups: garden furniture, garden decorations, barbecuing and equestrian sports.

Top quality and quantity
For 46 years, spoga has been demonstrating that quality and quantity are two sides of the same coin. In early September each year, spoga is the meeting place for all the top international names in the sector - for business, networking and sharing information. In 2007, spoga will again be presenting everything the garden and leisure market has to offer - even without gafa. The International Garden Trade Fair will return from 31st August to 2nd September 2008, when it will be held in parallel to spoga. At spoga 2007, more than 1,500 exhibitors from around the world will showcase products related to living in the garden - on 190,000 m² of gross exhibition space. The unique range of garden furniture, barbecues, garden decorations and items for equestrian sports on show will be rounded out by a section for table-laying. From trendy outdoor loungers to hot equipment and fast-selling decorations, spoga sets the trends in the garden and leisure market.

The place where supply meets demand
Koelnmesse expects spoga 2007 to attract almost 30,000 decision-makers - specialists, buyers and managers - from the garden and leisure market in about 100 countries. A high proportion (60 per cent) of the spoga visitors come from outside Germany. After all, Cologne's location offers unparalleled strategic advantages. It's at the heart of the region of Europe with the greatest purchasing power, surrounded by the buying offices of the major retail chains. And that offers sector decision-makers key benefits at spoga. Here, visitors can gain an overview of the market, prepare to place orders, and find out about product innovations. The visitors to spoga+gafa 2006 were justifiably enthusiastic, and 69 per cent intend to come to spoga 2007, even without gafa.
