10th International Symposium edition

A part from its commercial focus, SIL stands out as one of the renowned platforms of logistics knowledge. From the begining, SIL drives inside this framework a prestigious agenda of Special Events. Among them it is important to highlight the International Symposium and the Mediterranean Forum, that this year will both achieve the 10th and 5th edition.

5th Mediterranean Forum

The 5th Mediterranean Logistics and Transport Forum is intended to deepen in the importance of LAND TRANSPORT within the framework of Euro-Mediterranean co-operation looking at the future free trade area and its impact on the transport and logistics service sector. Its aim is to CONNECT the Mediterranean TO FACILITATE THE MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE AND GOODS in the face of the challenges of globalisation and competition from other areas on a world level.

11 a.m. Opening of SIL2007 *
11.30 a.m.-12 p.m. Official Opening Session
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. 1st Plenary Session MEDITERRANEAN AIRPORTS, LAUNCH HUBS, CONNECTION PLATFORMS.
2 p.m. Official lunch
4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Business meetings.
