Fitness 2008 renews its marketing team

IFEMA renews the marketing team at FITNESS before the staging of the twelfth edition of the Fitness Industry and Sports Facilities Show, for which preparations are well underway. These changes, whose aim is to enhance the next edition, include the appointment of a new Marketing Manager and a Head of the International Department. The fair will take place between 27th and 30th March 2008, at Feria de Madrid

The team headed by Alfonso de Borbón will now include a new Marketing Manager, Beatriz Pérez-Frade, who has been working in a similar role up until now at other IFEMA fairs, such the recently concluded Food Trade Show, SAL; the International Town-Planning and Environment Exhibition, TEM TECMA, or the International Safety and Security Fair, SICUR.

Another important change in the management team at FITNESS is the recent incorporation of Marcos Torres, the new Head of the International Department. This development comes precisely at a time in which the organisers are seeking to boost the projection of the fair abroad, in line with the internationalisation strategy being implemented by IFEMA.

Throughout its eleven previous editions, FITNESS has established itself as one of the leading trade forums for the fitness industry, not only in Spain but at an international level.
