Minibar Systems was founded in the early 1970’s in and has become one of the world’s leading hospitality companies with offices in Europe, North America and Asia. We have installed over 1,000,000 minibars and safes worldwide in thousands of hotels.

The Right System for Your Hotel
For years we have been collecting statistical and guest demographic data to help us determine the most appropriate type of minibar technology suited for a particular hotel and its guests.

We offer three distinct categories of minibar technology: Traditional, Semi-Automated and Fully Automated. We evaluate the hotel’s expected financial performance based on such factors as size of hotel, hourly labor rate and occupancy to determine which technology is best suited for a particular property.

Traditional: Standard minibar models without any sensing or detecting technology.

Semi-Automated: Semi-Automated minibars report door openings to the central minibar computer. On average, 50% of guests open up their minibar, so this type of technology saves up to 40% of labor.

Fully Automated: Automated minibars provide the highest level of control with on-line, real-time posting of charges. All products are sensored using our high quality infrared technology. This technology can provide up to 60% labor saving.
