Antonio Amato will be present at ANUGA

Antonio Amato offers an amazing range of pasta products. At present there are more than 160 shapes of pasta in different sizes, including our Standard shapes, our Specialities, Egg Pasta and "Specialissimi", our bronze drawn line.

Antonio Amato also offers several types of flour: soft wheat flour, cake flour, pizza flour and semolina (fine reduction). All of these are available in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 and 25 kg packaging.

And that’s not all! We make several ranges of non-pasta products: “I Rossi” (Tomato purée, Tomato pulp, Cherry tomatoes and Sliced tomatoes); our ready-to-use pasta sauces (Tomato and Basil, Arrabbiata, Bolognaise, Mediterranean and Marinara) and Genoese Pesto.
Two other high quality products are Potato Gnocchi and Couscous.
